EASY?

If you are a smoker and you
have a heart attack, giving up smoking is accepted as one
of the best decisions that we can make to ensure a contribution
towards improving our health for the future.
Giving up however, irrespective of whether
it is best for our health, is sometimes easier said than
done. In my view it is not a question of willpower, or
common sense or anything simple, it's changing a habit of
a life time. A really enjoyable habit sometimes,
even!
Which is where Allen Carr's book comes in.
This was the only program that stopped me smoking, and within a
very short period of time. This book is nothing short of
revolutionery in that it turns on its head all of the so called
advice that we receive on why we should give up the
smokes.
If you are finding it difficult to give up, I
strongly recommend this book. The system and the information
and reasoning is fantastic.
This one works for anyone who truly
wants to give up, and works well!
