Who Else Wants To
Know The Resources I Used And The People I Went To So I Could Recover A Full And Meaningful Life After A Heart
Attack?
At 42 I had a heart
attack.
I survived it, I was given a
second chance, and I knew I had to find out the information needed to get my health back so I could live my life
again.
And the resources that I outline on this website
helped!
My name is Paul A. Johnson (my friends call me PJ or
Paul A.J.), andI had a heart attack like that one depicted in the video below on
July 28, 2008.
Needless to say it was a life-changing
experience. It was also a
confusing day: a day where as many questions were raised as there were opinions on what had happened and what to do
next.
I mean - who do you listen to
after a heart attack? There are so many opinions and people giving you advice. Some of the "after
a heart attack" information and advice caused me more problems than it solved! I knew the outlook wasn't as bleak
as some were making out. But I didn't know where to start...
Other questions that sprung to
mind in the beginning were:
Was I going to
die?
What caused all this
to happen?
Why
me?
How do I have to
change my life?
Who do you trust for
information after a heart attack?
Most of all though I was
scared, depressed, and I had huge feelings of hopelessness.
So...what happened to me to
make me get over these feelings and depressions?
Because I have got over these feelings
- my health now is better
than it’s ever beenthanks to
the people that I am reviewing and reporting about on this website. They really do know what to say to give you
guidance after a heart attack.
Its what happens when
you start looking
for the truthbecause at
the time of my Heart Attack I had all the things that make life worthwhile - a great wife, a young family,
a good business and a real reason to live. I knew full well that many people can lose these things after
a heart attack.
I wasn't prepared to lay down and
die, even though the feeling of fear caused by facing my
own mortalitywas telling me to give
up.
It is something that most if not all people tell me
after a heart attack is thenumber one problem. I probably don't have to tell you that, you
probably know (or have known) that fear as well.
To get over my fears I spent so much time
studying Heart Attack, Heart Health, and Heart Diseasemy wife
started calling me the "Heart Attack Professor"!She
reckons I study Heart Attack related matter more than a cardiac research body.
So what the heck went wrong? Why
did I have my heart attack?
•Was it a bad diet?
• Was it lack of
exercise or the wrong exercise?
• Was it lack of quality
supplements?
• Was it
lifestyle?
It frightened me not
knowing...
What were the answers? I had to
know!
AND...... Guess
what? I've found
lots of answers from great people and resources that can help all of us after a heart
attack, and there are some very smart people out there!
I have gained some great information from these smart people and resources and I want to share this
information with you. These people genuinely
help.
These people aren't "Quacks" either. They
are ex-Heart Surgeons,
Cardiologists, Organic Chemists and Doctors dedicated to delivering a superior form
of preventive
medicine.
These people understand
deeply:
•the causes of heart
disease,
•how to prevent heart
disease,
•cardiovascular
health,
•cardiac
disease,
•treatments for heart
disease,
•heart health
exercise,
•diet for heart health,
etc.
You see, after a heart attack,I am notgoing to trust my health to
someonewith a wart on
the end of their nose who has their favorite saying as "hubble, bubble, toil and
trouble." I doubt
you would either. If I am to trust my life to others, these
people have to have credentials and proof they know what they are doing. They have
to have a track record of helping people after a heart attack.
All the resources, teachings, links, etc, that I have
used so far I have put into one convenient location in this website, so access to all this info is immediate. It took me
nearly a year to find and research this info out
This website
is packed full of:
•
evaluations of the free resources and information that's available,
•
simple step by step processes to get over the dark moments,
•
tips,guides,
suggestions, andlinks to the things and the people
that helped me so much,
in fact, everything that I found
that helped me, and they will probably be of value to you to after a heart attack.
And why would I want to give away a free information
you may ask? Because it would be criminal to charge money for information that
can genuinely help
people and give them guidance after a Heart Attack. You don't have to send me money for my
information and research ever.
I am an ordinary person - I am not a Doctor, I'm
definitely not a Cardiologist, I don't even own a pocket protector for my pens - so I don't deliver information in
a complicated, over-analytical, academic and confusing manner. I want to present information to
you that you will
understand as I do. The more you understand, the quicker you can get the answers you need after a heart
attack.
So, What Happens In A Heart
Attack? If you've had
one, I don't need to tell you anything. If you haven't I can tell you (like anyone else that's had
one) it's not
pleasant.
This video courtesy of Youtube and
"nucleusanimation"(their
Youtube sign in name) is probably one of the most incredible, (and scary) videos you will ever see. And
yes,it really does happenlike
this!
You see, building this site
and giving out information is therapeutic for me. If I can
give support to others in a similar situation after a heart attack, when I get their
feedback it helps me in my recovery as well. I love that
feedback!
My information is on the left hand
side,so feel free to click on the
buttonsto take you to the area you are most interested
in. It grows all the
time so check back
often.
My kindest regards to you and I
wish you the best of heart health always .... read the site, gain the knowledge!
P.S. If you have a product
you want me to include, or you have a product you like yourself that may help people after a heart attack please
email me at review@heartattackprofessor.com and I'll take a
look.
